that's right, y'all - welcome to the amanda + mike's lovely winter reception at the savannah golf club!
guests found their seats via a huge map of the united states full of color-coded flags marking the point of origin for each guest who traveled to savannah for the wedding!
upon entering the reception room, guests were greeted by the following gorgeous site...
... and found that each table was named after a particular year accompanied by a side-by-side photo of the bride & groom from that same year!
each guest's place setting included a custom menu printed on stationary that coordinated perfectly with the rest of the paper goods. {also - how amazing is it that they had a cheese course? talk about noms!}
meanwhile, the bride + groom took some personal time to capture a few beautiful images of just the two of them as the sun was setting...
finally the sun set and it was time to PARTY!
the aforementioned cheese cake {literally a cake made of cheese} was obviously key to said party. i'm not sure i can adequately express what a fabulous idea this is - i especially love the little figs adorning its base!
don't y'all worry, though - they had a cake-cake too. a beautiful one, at that! didn't baker's pride do a lovely job?
like any good party, there was plenty of dancing...
... and photobooth antics!
the couple shared a kiss as they bid farewell to their family and friends as they set off to begin their married life together.
and just like that, yet another beautiful mge wedding came to a close.
