I just love these two! I don’t even know where to begin. The relationship that these two share is addicting! A moment never goes by that they aren’t laughing, joking, or being goofy with each other and everyone around them. It is just THEM and I LOVE IT. I actually had the privilege to attend their engagement party and get to know more of their friends and family before the big day and from that point on I knew that our relationship was going extend longer than planning their wedding! (In fact we are going to dinner next week!) :) We started with a color scheme of black, white and apple green and then explored ways to infuse vintage and roaring 20’s into the mix. We decided that Forsyth Park was perfect site for their nuptials since it was right beside their reception site and guests could walk to avoid the parking catastrophe that Savannah always presents to guests! Wanting to not take away from the beauty and essence of the park, we kept the decor to a minimum with a touch of class. The aisle was lined with candled filled lanterns and we had special pew cones made to showcase the great damask pattern we used on the vases at the reception and filled them with shades of white and green flowers and foliage. Geoff L. Johnson made sure every moment never went un-noticed and their day was documented in true fashion of Jamey and Kate style….the last picture speaks volumes!
Tune in tomorrow for Part 2-The Reception!
