Okay, so this idea is just too cute not to mention!! As it turns out, there are plenty of cute framed chalkboards out there, but I love the idea of personalizing the frame to suit your wedding! Gold and ornate, driftwood, shabby chic teal, etc. Basically, it starts with a large frame, absolutely any will do!!! Apply a very thick coat of chalkboard paint (15-25 dollars at a home improvement store) to the glass, let dry. Put the glass back in and you have a unique chalkboard that doesn’t have to cost a ton... beware vintage frames are pricey! I just think it would be super cool to frame in your home after the wedding.
