Real Savannah Wedding: Johanna and Courtney Part 3-Reception

You are going to fall in love with this reception…

Johanna and Courtney made sure that their stamp was on each and every part of the night. They chose the Roundhouse Museum as their venue and the design fit right into the space. I have never seen such a hands on COUPLE. Johanna made the fabulous menu cards, and table numbers. Courtney was well known in JoAnn Fabrics by all the ladies at the cut counter because he made so many trips to the store to collect the fabric used for the table numbers, homemade napkins, and to cover the tops of the honey jars. They spent months collecting different color bottles so we could use them throughout the reception for her flowers. Their adorable blue bird cake toppers from etsy were the perfect finish to her wedding cake and we tied it into the look of the wedding by adding a few sunflowers sporadically placed on a few tiers. The mini jars of Savannah Bee Honey acted as both a favor and place cards for each of their guests. After enjoying local fare, hours of dancing, sharing laughs and memories of the happy couple; guests lined up with sparklers to send them and their bridal party on their way for a night out on the town!

Johanna and Courtney—we wish you many years of love, happiness and endless memories. Thank you for allowing us to share in this part of your lives. You touched each of us in a different way and will always hold a spot in my heart.

xoxo—Morgan and the MGE Team
