Real Savannah Wedding: Jessica and Brian Part 3-Reception

Savannah Wedding (41)

The reception took place in one of Savannah’s beautiful museums. We wanted the reception to flow…(all one fluid look) from the use of long tables, napkins wrapped around the plates horizontally to the menu cards sitting in front of each place setting in holders in a parallel line and of course the breath-taking runner of white flowers. To add a little more umph we decided to drape a curtain on the steps leading into the room for their grand entrance! A top the stairs sat their wedding cake! I just loved the simplicity of the cake by Minette Rushing. Don't you just adore the little blue bird topper? Jessica got it from Etsy! (you know my obsession with them!) Favors were jars of honey packaged in boxes with vellum sashes and letterpress tags from Bella Figura. The photobooth with dress-up items kept guests occupied for hours. You wouldn't believe some of the pictures…just hilarious! This group was more than fun and Jessica and Brian enjoyed every minute of it. The smiles were a permanent fixture on their faces…Thanks again to Christine Hall for the images of the day!
