Picture this: You have your invitations sealed, addressed and mailed, your final dress fitting is a mere two weeks away and your mouth is already watering from the delicious food that will be plentiful during your reception. Sounds like everything is perfectly on track, right? Well, yes but you still have yet to purchase the perfect gift for those perfect girls in your life! Sure, you’ve thought of giving them jewelry to wear on your wedding day, a mani/pedi combo or maybe a monogrammed sterling silver piece, but so cliché, right? I’ve come up with a few ideas to help you get on the right track:
1. One idea that I really adore and believe every woman can never have enough of is personalized stationary. Try this stationary cube that I found at Dewdrop, Inc., or search for personalized stationery at Etsy and below is just some of what you will find!
2. Monogrammed pashminas. They are versatile and always classy. I personally like the subtlety of cream initials on a cream pashmina.
3. A great inexpensive gift that I love is a mini-scrapbook. Fill it with memories and photos of the many activities that you enjoyed together leading up to your big day. Make sure you leave a little room for them to add pictures from the night of your dreams! Add a special touch by writing a note in the front cover just like your grandma does.
4. If you are having a destination wedding, get them a pass to a local attraction or a gift certificate to a well-known restaurant. For Savannah, some of our favorites are: Savannah Trolley Tours, Pub crawl Ghost Tours, Alligator Soul, Jazz’d Tapas, or treat them to an after dinner hotspot at Lulu’s Chocolate Bar or Jen and Friends!
5. How about a cute pair of chic flats with a note encouraging your girls to break it down all night long?
6. I don’t think any bridesmaid realizes just how much stuff she is going to be carrying around all day. Make sure no one loses their things by giving them personalized totes for the day of.

7. Handmade jewelry- I would suggest making or having a piece of jewelry, personal to the taste of each girl. Again, if you aren’t the crafty type, take a look on Etsy. These necklaces are from Shopcloverbelle!
8. Remember tha t this is simply a thank you gift. Pretend you are buying for only one girl and buy something different and special for each of them. Think 'birthday' as opposed to 'bridesmaid gift'.
9. If you and your crew enjoy a nice glass of wine every now and then, try monogrammed wine glasses. I once got this as a gift and every time I look at it, I am reminded of countless memories.

I hope this helps-try not to think too much into it. After all, they are the most important people in your life and they are going to love anything you get them!
Until next time,
Ashley
