Real Savannah Wedding: Melanie and Jason Part 1-Prep and Ceremony

Savannah Wedding (63)

On July 17th, Melanie and Jason were married! Such an adorable couple and you have got to love Melanie’s dress! The ring bearer was Jason’s son…and OH SO CUTE! We love intimate weddings and you can definitely see why with this wedding. Melanie gave us the utmost freedom when creating the wedding of their dreams. She merely gave us a bouquet she loved and colors (coral and a darker sea foam green) and then she let the professionals handle the rest! LOVE IT! The result---an awe inspiring southern wedding! Days leading up to the wedding, the weather was touch and go. But the rain held out and guests enjoyed lemonade while they waited for the couple to arrive at the garden. The garden gates were draped in ivy swags, mocking the same look on the chairs with a small bunch of flowers tied on as well. The archway dripped with crystals and pomander balls and were flanked by gold buckets full of lush flowers in corals and greens! As they walked back down the aisle as a new Mr. and Mrs., guests released butterflies! BREATH-TAKING!!!! Nate of Openlight Studio has an amazing eye for all things beautiful and you can see he loves his job!

Tomorrow the portraits around Savannah!
